Alternately, you can file your Income Tax Returns at the designated post offices in the city where the Individual/Assessee is Assessed.
The Assessee shall submit one copy of his Income Tax Return in an unsealed envelope of size 10x12 without folding the return and mention on it his Name, Address, Assessment Year, PAN and Circle where assessed. Post office will duly acknowledge the recipt of the return.
